Two hutments catch fire, children rescued 9/29/2016 10:38:05 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 29: Two children were rescued, when hutments caught fire in Talab Tillo area of this winter capital. "Two hutments this morning caught fire in Talab Tillo area," police here said. They said a blaze broke out due to electric short and engulfed the nearby hutment, in which two children got trapped.
