Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 24: KPC has strongly accused state administration as well as central Govt. for stopping their salaries without any reason.
Kundan Kashmiri, KPC president stated that families of PM's package and non package employees working in valley are facing starvation after they have been deprived from their salaries which is only their source of income.
Kundan Kashmiri made an appeal to the state and centre governments that they may ensure the salaries of KP victim employees without any further delay and stressed upon the governments to issue directions in this regard so that their families should not face any more hardships.
He said that majority of employees have not received salary of July and August month and unfortunately at the other hand officials have directed for complete withheld of their salaries from the September onwards. While expressing an anguish and anger, Kundan Kashmiri stated that salaries of these KP employees have never been released on time since their appointment in valley under package.
Their salaries are still pending for last two-three months and in case government further stops their salaries that would add to their further miseries and problems which would be a step to deprive them from right to live and right of food and would be biggest human right violation. He further highlighted about the financial crunch and other grave problems being faced by the PM package and other employees, and added that majority of employees have made admissions of their children in Jammu and other places, but are unable to pay their monthly fee. KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri warned if their salaries were not released at the earliest and were also compelled to work under stress after sending them forcibly to the valley, KP community would strongly come out in streets to agitate and Govt will be fully responsible of the consequence.
