Kishtwar, Oct 24: In the ongoing efforts of People Democratic Party leaders to reach out to the common masses of rural areas and assured them to help in providing basic amenities to their doorstep in fair and transparent manner, Peoples Democratic Party's, State Secretary Youth, Umar Malik along with District Secretary ,Nasir Bhagwan, Youth Leaders, Azhar Ahmed, Daleep Kumar, Nayeem Ahmed, Bansi Lal.today conducted a visit to remote areas of the district. During his visit to far flung areas of villages Dool, Kwar areas of Nagsini Block ,Umar Malik listened to the grievances and problems of the locals. The people raised several demands and problems being faced by them which include improvement of roads, better drinking water and electricity supply. Reacting to public demands, Umar Malik said that state government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is committed to provide better basic services to the people of far-flung areas. "PDP has always stood by the cause of the people", he mentioned. He said that government is working under well knit program to improve every nook and corner of the state. He assured the people that their genuine demands would be brought into the notice of concerned authorities for their early redressal. |
