Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said that weaker and marginalized sections of the society in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir were empowered after the abrogation of Article 370. Replaying to the Motion of Thanks on the President's address to Parliament in Rajya Sabha today, the Prime Minister touched upon the rights and development of Scheduled Castes (SCs) Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) communities and said that abrogation of Article 370 ensured that these communities get the same rights as the rest of the country in Jammu and Kashmir.
