Jammu, Jan 27 : On occasion of 64 th Republic day, former minister and senior congress leader S. Manjit Singh unfurled national flag at Shaheed Park Vijaypur in the presence of Senior leaders and party workers. Speaking on the occasion S. Manjit Singh congratulated the people of Vijaypur on this occasion & said that The Constitution of India was implemented on 26th January, 1950 after getting Freedom from the Slavery of Britishers on 15th August, 1947.Under the Constitution of India, the People of India got Equality, Liberty, & Fraternity, but it is very unfortunate that the people of J & K State were deprived off the 100% benefit & cover of Indian Constitution. He further cautioned the People over there to work hard to organize and awaken the masses regarding the loss suffered by them. He also said that law and order machinery has totally collapsed in this Assembly Segment because of the Dictatorial Regime adopted by the Person in power over here. So in order to bring back the Rule of Law, people of the segment will have to give a befitting reply at the appropriate time & occasion.
