Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and former Governor, Lt. General S K Sinha are being used as models obviously without seeking their consent in the advertisements of these schools which are telecast on couple of local channels suggesting as if these constitutional authorities are recommending them. "The modus operandi of these schools tantamounts to illegal trade practice", explained a senior lawyer adding, "The message which advertisers are trying to convey through these dignitaries is deceptive and misleading besides being unethical".
