| NSS volunteers visit Old Age Home | | |  ET Plus Report
Jammu, Mar 20: Around 50 NSS volunteers visited old age home during one day N.S.S. workshop organized by Sacred Heart college of Education. According to press release, Principal of the college Dr. K.K. Tiwari and Programme officer Sheetal Khajuria and staff members also accompanied the students. Volunters discussed various problems faced by old age persons and also assured them that they will be helpful to them. N.S.S volunteers also visited the rooms where they are living and cleaned their rooms and adjoining area and assured them for any sort of help.
M.D of the college Hari Singh Chib suggested Principal and programme officer to organize a camp in which proper guidance should be given to local people about the care of old persons, how to look after and treat the old persons. |
