HC issues notice to Secretary Information, Broadcasting Petition on 'Big Boss' Reality Show 9/3/2013 11:04:09 PM ET Report Jammu, Sept 3: In an application filed by Rajeshwari Katoch seeking change of time of 'Big Boss' Reality Show Season 7 between which starts on September 15, 2013 11 PM to 5 AM instead of 9 PM slot is time prime time when not only adolescents but children are also watching the TV channel and this programme will certainly have adverse impact upon the children atleast. Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today after hearing petitioner in person issued notice which was accepted by ASGI KK Pangotra on behalf of respondents. Justice Singh directed ASGI KK Pangotra to file response to the instant application within a week's time and take up the matter with the Ministry of Broadcasting to see if the Reality Show Season 7 is allotted any slot between 11 PM to 5 am instead of 9 PM as advertised and list the petition on September 12, 2013.
