SUNDERBANI, Sept 20: The Sub-District Magistrate (SDM), Nowshera today held public darbars at border areas of Block Sunderbani and heard the problems and assured for their early redressal.
During the public darbar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera, Deepti Uppal conducted Public Darbars of Border Panchayats of Block Sunderbani. She listened the problems by giving patient hearing of the general public and on spot instructions were issued to the sectoral officers for redressal of the problems.
The public darbars were held at Nah, Kangri, and Bajabain in which large number of people including Sarpanches, Panches and Panchayat Adalat members of Panchayat Nah, Changi Kangrial, Kangri Upper, Talla Tanda, Kangri Middle and Kangri Lower participated and highlighted their grievances and their issues including proper supply of water, staff shortage in government institutions and developmental activities.
The SDM was accompanied by various tehsil level officers including BDO, Tehsildar, BMO, AEE R&B, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, CDPO, ZEO, TSO, Tehsil Social Welfare Officers and others.
