Jat Mahasabha delegation calls on Vikar Rasool, list demands 9/20/2013 9:36:55 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 20 : A delegation of members of All India Jat Mahasabha, J&K led by its President Ch. Manmohan Singh, met with Minister for Social Welfare Viqar Rasool at Civil Secretariat here today. Ch. Manmohan Singh held discussion with Minister regarding the Cabinet decision No. 133/12, dated 13.07.2002, approving inclusion of areas within 8 Km from the international border in Jammu sector in the list of socially and educationally backward classes for purpose of availing benefits of reservation under J&K Reservation Rules, 1994. The delegation requested the minister to see to the implementation of already directed cabinet decision. The delegation placed high hopes with Minister to help and support them, by implementing this decision towards upliftment of border area community.
