| BSF School Jammu ranks first in state among day-cum boarding schools | | |  early times report
Jammu, Sept 20: A grand function was held by Education World at New Delhi to felicitate the country's top Day-Boarding and International Schools which topped the EW India School Ranking 2013.
It is indeed a matter of pride and exuberance that BSF School Jammu ranked first among Day -cum-Boarding schools in Jammu and Kashmir and 52nd in India school rankings 2013 and was felicitated at a celebratory awards dinner night at The Lalit, New Delhi.

Every year in September, Education World publishes its Annual Education World India School Rankings which rates and ranks India's top schools on 14 parameters including Academic Report, Faculty Competence, Leadership Quality, Sports Education, Community Service etc.
This year All India Survey conducted by the well known Delhi based market research, an Opinion Polls Agency Centre for Forecasting Private Limited (C fore) polled 5,779 parents, educationists, teachers and principals across 21cities to rate 725 schools.
The objective of the Annual EW India School Rankings conducted C Fore, the well known Delhi based market agency is to track and proclaim the country's best schools as role models to the entire community of educators and inspire top-ranked schools themselves to improve from 'good to great'.
The League Tables of Nationwide database has been this year divided into several sub- categories to enable fair comparison. The categories have been divided into co-ed, all- girls, all- boys and Day-cum Boarding schools.
In a function held at FTR HQ Jammu, IG BSF Jammu FTR and Vice chancellor of Jammu University Professor M.P.S Isaar felicitated the principal of BSF school Jammu for the splendid achievement for ranking first among Day-cum Boarding Schools in the J&K States.
