Lala Hans Raj's birth anniversary celebrated 10/2/2013 10:14:37 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 2: Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha (JCMS) today organized programme on 147th Birth Anniversary of Lala Hans Raj Mahajan Sher-e-Duggar at Lala Hans Raj Park under the chairmanship of Vinod Gupta president of Sabha. Speaking on the occasion, General Secretary Chander Mohan described Lala Hans Raj as a great social reformer of his time. Lala ji was founder of central Mahajan Sabha, Dogra Sadar Sabha and Akhil Bhartia Shiromoni Sabha, he said.
