JAMMU, Oct 5: In the ongoing "Display Your Talent", the Department of Students Welfare, University of Jammu today conducted competition for Creative Dance (Solo) at Brig. Rajinder Singh Auditorium.
Nancy Gill from Government College for Women, Parade, bagged the first prize for her excellent presentation whereas Chetan Atri from Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jammu and Manzoor Ahmad from Government MAM College, Jammu, were adjudged as second and third, respectively.
Anuradha Seth Kohli, Mitali Gupta Bindya Tickoo, were amongst the adjudicators for the said competition.
Prof. Jasbir Singh, Provost Hostels (Boys), was the Chief Guest on this occasion and distributed the prizes amongst the winners.
The proceedings were conducted by Apoorva Jamwal, Secretary, Students Cultural Council.
Among others, Prof. N.K. Tripathi, Dean Students Welfare, Prof. Yash Pal Sharma, Co-Chairman, Campus Cultural Committee, Aneey Mattoo, Joint Secretary, SCC, various Teacher Incharges from the Affiliated Colleges and students, were also present on this occasion. |
