| Rashid accuses Taj of swindling money | | |

SRINAGAR, Oct 5: MLA Langate today interrupted Medical Education Minister Taj Mohi-ud-Din several times in House accusing him of swindling money under different Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
"How much money you have embezzled"? Rashid told Taj when the Minister was replying to the query raised by MLA Pampore Zahoor Ahmed Mir about the appalling condition of sports stadium in the Pampore.
Rashid also alleged that Government is enacting drama over the employees issue. "Prof Soz is your partner who is supporting the employees as far as their demand of enhancement of retirement age is concerned. Why you politicians are misleading people and show double standards. Inside the House you criticize employees and outside you support their demands," he said.
Rashid vehemently opposed the idea of enhancing retirement age of employees and said that it would be grave injustice towards the unemployed youth of Kashmir valley.
"What answers you would give to army of unemployed youth who are waiting for you outside the House. Don't fulfill this demand of employees and tell them on face that it is impossible," Rashid shouted. |
