| CCI express concern over poor BSNL services | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 21: President Chamber of Commerce & Industry YV Sharma, expressed anguish over the poor and deteriorating services of BSNL especially with regard to mobile facility. According to press release, Sharma said that it was unfortunate that most of the times, due to technical snags it become very difficult to get the desired number and often the running calls get dis-connected and the number becomes unavailable / out of reach, due to weak signals. He further said that it was unfortunate that the BSNL has become self satisfied / unconcerned about its functioning and working. The other service providers / operators are providing better facilities and services than being provided by BSNL. Chamber strongly condemned the callous attitude of the BSNL authorities, and it has to be noted that the mobile service has become very important for the civil life and it is impossible for everyone to carry on the day to day activities without this particular service. Chamber appealed the BSNL authorities to put all concerted efforts to rectify the defects and immediately restore the services to the best of its quality. |
