Jammu, Oct 26: The activists of Kashmiri Pandit conference (KPC), its sympathizers and supporters at New Delhi, Jammu and other places including at Jagti Township celebrated "Accession Day" today with great enthusiasm and national spirit. They exploded crackers and made illumination of lighting in their respective areas. While addressing the activist and sympathizers during the celebration at New Delhi Kundan Kashmiri KP Chief stated that accession of J&K state is full and final and no one should have any doubt in it. Further elaborating over the issue KPC chief stated that instrument of accession signed by Maharaja Hari Singh was in no way different from others signed by more than five hundred princely states. It was further integrated with the union of India on 1975 by the Sheikh Mohd Abdullah who accepted to extend the central laws and institutions to the state of J&K and also accepted to become chief minister of J&K state under Sheikh-Indira Accord. KPC chief also stated that separatist forces and so-called secularists are exploiting the Kashmiri Muslim masses, in particular, youths over this issue, for their vested and electoral interests. He advised these separatist leaders to come under the ambit of national main stream to work for the peace, prosperity and development of state and also advised Muslim youths of the valley not to fall in their political gimmicks. While highlighting plight of displaced KP's and exploitation of political parties to KP victims for their electoral and other selfish policies, M L Raina, vice-president KPC and organizing secretary Sushil Bhat and others stated that KP's are represented by none, neither in state assembly nor in the parliament, hence demanded that these displayed KP's to be provided three constituency in exile which include two at Jammu and one at New Delhi till they are permanently rehabilitated at the "land of kashyap" with writ of Indian Constitution. T N Bhat, president KPC unit Jagti, T K Dhar, vice president, R K Bhat, general secretary, Babloo Ji. , organising secretary, Rajnath Ji secretary, Santosh Ji and Shibhan Ji (both co-ordinator) and others also celebrated this day with enthusiasm and national spirit by exploding crackers and making illumination at the Jagti Township. They appealed their people to be united and support their organization KPC. |
