JAMMU, Oct 28: In its ongoing "Refugee Adhikaar Yatra", the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders covered Rah-Sahyot, Chowki Choura, Dhanna, Dhano, Ambi, Jalara, Dori Dager, Jagwan, Kharah, Pallanwala, Khour and Jourian areas of Akhnoor and Khour constituencies. Led by BJP State President Jugal Kishore Sharma and joined by Member of Parliament & J&K BJP Prabhari Avinash Rai Khanna besides several other party leaders including State Vice-President Chander Prakash Ganga, State General Secretary & Yatra Incharge Rajiv Jasrotia, BJP State Cells Incharge Sat Sharma, Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency Incharge Yudhvir Sethi, State Publicity Secretary Aseem Gupta and BJYM State President Ravinder Raina.While addressing a gathering at Dori Dager, BJP leader Avinash Rai Khanna said that our country became independent in 1947 and we claim to be the world's largest democracy but unfortunately the fruits and benefits enjoyed by the citizens in other parts of the country under democracy are still a dream for the helpless West Pakistan, PoK and other refugees residing in different areas of Jammu & Kashmir, with majority of them in Jammu province.Condemning yesterday's serial blasts in Patna, Khanna said that both Congress-led UPA and Nitish led Bihar government are responsible for it. He said that the time has come when the people should get united to get rid of the parties like Congress and its allies to make way for the BJP and its Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. He appealed the people to use the voting day wisely and give BJP to serve them for complete 5 years. Jugal Kishore Sharma said that BJP is not only for vote bank politics but a mission with the prime motive of serving the nation and its people. |
