Justice Gandhi in Kishtwar to cross examine witnesses 10/28/2013 11:20:41 PM Asif Iqbal Naik KISHTWAR, Oct 28: Justice retired RC Gandhi appointed by the Jammu and Kashmir Government to probe in Kishtwar arrived here today with other officials to examine the witnesses and other persons who submitted their affidavits to the commission. During his stay here, Justice Gandhi will examine the witnesses on 29, 30 and 31 Oct. 2013 at Tourist Reception Centre. District Magistrate wide letter No: DMK/13/ 1252-89 dated 26-10-2013 had already summoned nearly 107 persons who had submitted written affidavits before the Justice Gandhi Commission of Inquiry for cross examination.
