BVP organizes national 10/28/2013 9:44:37 PM group song competition Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 28: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) today organized national group song competition at regional research laboratory auditorium. According to press release, Minister for Housing, Horticulture and culture Raman Bhalla was the chief guest. During the function ten teams from different district including Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur and Reasi teams which had topped at Zonal level participated in the competition.
