| PWAC demands appointment of secretary in ZSWB | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Oct 30: People's Welfare Action Committee (PWAC) has urged the Deputy Commissioner Kathua for taking initiative to fill the post of secretary in Zila Sainik Welfare Board (ZSWB) Kathua.
While addressing the press conference the president of Committee Rtd Captain Gyan Singh Pathania recommended the name of Retd Col. PL Choudhary for the post of Secretary of Zila Sainik Board which has been lying vacant for the last several months due to which the- army men and their widows have been suffering and their lot of works are not be done in the board.
He said in order to take this matter into the notice of Chief Minister and Governor of the state the committee will approach with them. The association president said Choudhary is very compassionate to Ex-servicemen and War Widows, dependents and reaches to them as and when called for by them for any problem/assistance.
Pathania said that the welfare and well being of ESM/War Widows/NOKs is the fundamental ethos of Army life culture. |
