According to sources a doctor posted at Police Hospital beat Head Constable here today and Gandhinagar Police following a complainant from H/C Pyara Singh, registered a case against doctor under section 323,341 RPC. "The incident took place during the intervening night of Oct 29/30 when the doctor identified as Sajjad Mirza in alleged inebriated condition entered into a argument with a cop which took ugly turn when doctor beat his patient identified namely as Head Constable Pyara Singh, sources said. They added the H/C Pyara Singh was undergoing treatment for the last couple of days. "The doctor not only beat the patient (cop) but misbehaved with the other staff members also, sources said . |
