Two killed, two injured in separate road accidents

Udhampur, Oct 30: At-least two persons were killed today were in two separate road accidents in Udhampur.
According to police report a truck hit one pedestrian at Tolldi Nallha National Highway Udhampur and sustained serious injuries. People took the injured to district hospital Udhampur where he succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased has been identified as driver Tarik Ahmed Mir (25) son of Ali Mohammad of Bandi Pura Kashmir.
The truck driver Amran son of Abdul Quam of Baramulha Kashmir was arrested and vehicle was seized.
Meanwhile one person was injured when an unknown vehicle hit him near Salathea Chowk at Udhampur. The injured has been identified as Deban Chand son of Anant Ram of Rathean Udhampur.
Meanwhile one person was killed and another injured when a motorcycle they were riding slipped on the road at near Battal Morh.
Local people took the injured youths to district hospital Udhampur, where doctors declared one as brought dead. The deceased has been identified as Prince son of Barbat and injured indentified as Abishak Attri son of Dayal Parshad of Ward number 2 Samba.
