J&K-Goa Ranji tie evenly poised
11/9/2013 10:27:36 PM
Sports Reporter
SRINAGAR, Nov 9: Considering the batting strength of hosts and below 300 runs expected target from the visitors on the last day of the play tomorrow, the ongoing Ranji Trophy tie between J&K and Goa seems evenly poised at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium, here.
Managing a first innings lead of 15 runs after bowling out J&K for 302 runs today, Goa has already made 245 runs in their second innings to make it a lead of 260 with a wicket remaining.
Now, from here the match can go anywhere considering the batting line-up of J&K. All the four recognized batsmen, Pervez Rasool, inform Shubam Khajuria, Ian Dev Singh and Hardeep Singh, who could not do well in the first innings, must be eagerly waiting for the second innings tomorrow.
So, the experts look forward for an interesting run chance by J&K on the final day of the match.
