RAJOURI, Nov 9: Organised by the District Rajouri Athletics Association under the aegis of J&K Athletics Association, the District Championship concluded at Chanwari grounds, Muradpur, here today.
In the prize distribution function, retired Tehsildar, Madan Lal Sharma was chief guest, who gave away medals to the winners of different track events. Shabir Chowdhary was also present.
Earlier, the two-day competition was inaugurated by senior Congress leader and member Pahari Advisory Board, advocate Ashwani Sharma. The competition held under the supervision organising secretary, Sahil Raina.
The Results: 100 mts: Aman Khajuria, Ist; Mohd Shakeel, 2nd and Akarshit, 2nd. 200 mts: Ajay Kumar, Ist; Anil Kumar, 2nd and Sanjay, 3rd. 400 mts: Ajaz, Ist; Yogesh, 2nd and Anmol, 3rd. 800 mts: Ankit Khajuria, Ist; Krish, 2nd and Arjun, 3rd.\ |
