2 days training for Red Cross Counselors held

jammu, Nov 10 : Two Day training program for junior and youth Red Cross Counselors was organized by Indian Red Cross Society of State.
In this training program Junior Red Cross and Youth Red Cross Counselors from different Schools and Colleges of Jammu province participated.
The Program was inaugurated by the Chairman District Red Cross Committee, Jammu (Deputy Commissioner Jammu) Ajit Sahu.
Addressing the inaugural function of a two day training programme for Youth Red Cross Counselors as Chief Guest, Ajit Sahu said college students need to be imparted humanitarian values and action in order to grow into better human beings.
He stressed on the fact that the Youth Red Cross Counsellors can be the catalyst for social change. Sahu urged upon the youth to work with passion and make humanitarian action their mission.
He also apprised the participants the activities and programs organized by the District Red Cross Society Jammu.
