| 28 ReTs posts advertised against 31 vacancies | | Blue eyed adjusted on 3 remaining posts | | Ajay Sharma
Rajouri, Nov 18: Flouting the prescribed norms, Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Sunderbani of district Rajouri advertised only 28 posts of Rehbar-e-Talim (ReT) teachers against 31 available posts leaving three posts ostensibly to adjust the blue eyed.
Sources said that Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Nirmal Kumari had issued advertisement for 28 posts of Rehbar-e-Talim (ReT) teachers against 31 vacant posts under advertisement No. EEOR/RET/27041-55 dated 04-10-2013. They further said that in all 28 posts few were reserved for the candidates of Actual Line of Control (ALC) category. They alleged that on the remaining three posts, ZEO Nirmal Kumari adjusted three teachers already working in other parts of tehsil by transferring them on these vacant ReT teachers posts.
They further disclosed that the teachers who were transferred on the three vacant posts have been posted at Government Lower High School Thok Madyari Tehsil Sunderbani, Government Higher Secondary School Bajain Bhain Tehsil Sunderbani and Government Primary School Kahjari.
Repeated attempts to contact ZEO Nirmal Kumari failed as she disconnected the phone immediately after hearing the issue and didn't respond to calls.
Later, Chief Education Officer (CEO) Lal Hussain assured that he would take strict action against ZEO if she was found guilty and asserted that remaining three ReT posts would be advertised soon. |
