| DB constitutes committee under Registrar General | | Alternate road to Court complex | | Jammu, Dec 16: (JNF): In a PIL filed by Bar Association Jammu regarding constructions of lawyers' chambers, primary health center, parking, separate road for court complex and fly over from Janipur to Amphalla, Division Bench of State High court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Hasnain Masoodi today constituted a committee headed by Registrar General J&K High Court along with Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Law Secretary, Secretary PDD, President BAJ, Commissioner PDD and Chief Engineer R&B and directed Registrar General to convene a meeting and ensure that all the steps are taken so that the road from Grid Station may provide access to the lawyers, Judges, Public Prosecutors and staff of High Court and Subordinate Courts to reach Judicial Complex on time. The present situation of traffic Jammu from New Plot to Janipur main road has many a times resulted into delay in hearing of the cases causing interference in the administration of the justice. Regarding construction of Lawyers Chambers, Division Bench observed that status report has been placed which shows that the chambers be ready on or before January 2014 and with regard to additional work it has been stated that the same could be continue after completion of constructions of chambers and subject to availability of funds in time. During the course of hearing it was submitted before the Bench that an ambulance has been installed which shall remain available with the Health Center during working hours. Special Secretary Health and Director Health Services Jammu who were present in the Court stated that all due care shall be taken to install ECG Machine and other apparatus to ensure that emergency situations are delath within Court premises so that precious time known as Golden hour is not lost on the way to the GMC Jammu. It was assured by Director Health Services that proper ambulance with fabrication like Tat 407 shall be stationed with all the proper fittings within a period of two months.
