Jammu, Dec 16: Jammu and Kashmir Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today organized seminar on Corporate Law and Transfer Pricing under Income Tax Act.
According to press release the seminar was held at Jammu club on Relevant Provisions under Transfer Pricing under Income Tax Act & New Companies Act. CA. Gaurav Garg was the guest speaker on the occasion. He deliberated in detail and enlightened the members about the various important aspects related to the topics.
Chairman J&K Branch, CA. Dalip K. Kaul, delivered the inaugural address and while welcoming the guests, emphasized on the importance of the topics of the seminar. Secretary J&K Branch of ICAI, CA Anil Sharma conducted the proceedings & CA. Vikram Garg, Vice-Chairman presented the vote of thanks. CA. Shalay Razdan, Treasurer, CA. Sandeep Pachnanda and CA. Deepak Kapahi, members of the executive committee along with a large number of Chartered Accountants participated in the seminar. |
