| KPs have no option to fight for their legitimate rights: Kundan Kashmiri | | | early times report Jammu, Dec 16: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) Chief Kundan Kashmiri expressed his anger and anguish over depriving of basic and constitutional rights to displaced Kashmiri Pandit Community by State and Central Govt. He reiterated that Kashmiri Pandit have no option but to fight for their fundamental rights as well as to out rightly reject any process initiated by state and centre govt. which treats Kashmiri Pandit's internal displacement as merely an economic issue and due to temporary law and order problem in the valley. KPC Chief urged Prime Minister of India, Home Minister and Governor of J&K state that entire PM's package for displaced KP's to return to Kashmir Valley is forced measure which perpetuates the genocidal attrition unlashed on the Kashmiri Pandits. He said benefits of PM's package needs to given to them at present location for their temporarily re-settlement, till some "Distinctive Solution" is to be worked to rehabilitate KP's as per their wishes and aspiration. |
