| JKNPP Kissan Council rejects reinstatement of Kichloo into cabinet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 25 : Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party Kissn Council (JKNPPKC) today reacted over the reinstatement of Sajjad Ahmed Kichlu into cabinet by the ruling National Conference-Congress Government.
Addressing the conference here in Jammu, state secretary Yash Pal Singh Man has questioned the reinstatement of Kichloo saying, "The finding of one man commission Justice (Retd) RC Gandhi, alleging Police responsible for the communal clashes on the night of celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr is a cruel joke as on the same night, Kichloo was himself present in the Kishtwar town and hence it is impossible that police did not acted against the mob". He added that it was up to Kichloo to control the agitating mob through the use of police but he without involving himself let the clashes happened owing to which commoners have to face the problem including loss of lives as well as property. He further said that the recent move of Omar Abdullah to re-induct him (Kichloo) is an effort to show the dominance of Kashmir based leadership over the Jammu based leadership which according to Manhas is hell bent to personal benefits more than the Awaam of Jammu. He appealed Governor of the State to intervene into the matter and dissolve the ruling government for widespread resentment among the commoners, Corruption, Nepotism in the state. |
