Mughal Road closed for vehicular traffic 12/28/2013 9:56:50 PM Early Times Report SHOPIAN, Dec 28: According to Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, as reported by the Superintending Engineer, Mughal Road Project, Srinagar, the Mughal road stands closed for traffic movement.
