Jammu, Dec 28: All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) today welcomed the statement of National General Secretary of BJP during a press conference at Jammu yesterday where she endorsed the long struggle of APMCC for the passage of Kashmir Temple Bill assuring the community to take up the matter at national level.
In a joint statement issued by Vinod Pandit, Chairman, King Bharati National Spokesperson and Advocate Arun Kandroo General Secretary said that it was heartening to note that BJP leader officially reassured her parties support to APMCC at national level after Dr Jitendera Singh's assurance last week.
The APMCC leaders said that Nirmala Sitharaman has always been supporting their genuine struggle and thanked for her continued support to the organization and Kashmiri Pandit Communities cause since long.
They said that APMCC which of late has started "Mission Contact" will continue to meet leaders of various parties seeking their support for their 6-point charter of demands which includes passage of temple bill would leave no stone unturned to highlight their miseries and expose the state government for its biased attitude towards Kashmiri Pandits.
APMCC leaders said that it should work as eye opener to their critics and the government must work towards getting temple Bill passed after incorporating APMCC amendments warning that they would resort to Kafan Yatra from Kashmir to Kanya Kumari in case the government fails to fulfill its promise this time.
