| JE ruling roost in PHE Deptt, asks people to avail land case | | | Ajay Sharma
Katra, Jan 10 : A Junior Engineer (JE) of PHE department posted in Sunderbani is allegedly minting money in the name of providing government jobs to the people.
The disclosure came to fore when his subordinate was apprised by the people that the JE had been minting money from the people in the pretext of providing government job. It is alleged that the JE identified as Dwarka Nath has been asking the people to provide the land to the PHE department for installing water pumps and water tanks and in place get government job. It is also alleged that he is also getting money as a bribe to offer the same to his seniors for speedy work. Earlier, one CP worker of PHE department namely Rajinder Kumar of Nahoti leveled serious allegations against the said JE stating that he was beaten by some people for his no fault and accordingly he apprised the matter to the JE Dwarka Nath to get his complaint lodged in the police station, but he was awestruck when he came to know the said JE had taken the money from the accused to get one of their sons enrolled in PHE department. He further said that for the last four years he got only Rs 2000 as salary from the department. The JE was when contacted said that he had links with his seniors or even with the concerned minister. |
