| Sharma for introduction of anti corruption bill in legislature | | | Jammu, Jan 10: Om Parkash Sharma, social workers and strong follower of Anna Hazare has urged for introduction of strong anti corruption bill in the legislature of Jammu and Kashmir state.
In a press statement issued today, Sharma said that corruption is rampant from top to bottom in the state and to fight against this menace he started fast to support Anna Hazare crusade against corruption which has entered 416th Day. He stated that his aim is to wipe out corruption from the country for which he may have to take any number of births, adding that it is duty of every citizen to fight against the evils in society and every person should stand against anything which is shattering the basic structure of the society.
Sharma blamed political parties and their leaders for shielding corrupt officials and anti social elements. He called upon every person to join the movement initiated by Anna Hazare to achieve the desired result and take the ongoing struggle to its logical conclusion. |
