JAMMU, Jan 10: A leading school of instrumental and vocal music; 'The Strings - Institute of Spanish Guitar' is holding a mega event - 'Winter Fest - 4' in a musical evening "Symphony 2014 - Melody of Strings" at Police Auditorium, Gulshan Ground, here tomorrow.
Announcing this at a press briefing, Director of 'The Strings', Naresh Kumar said, "The Strings continue its commitment of providing a platform to young instrumentalists and vocalists of the institute.
The sole aim of the institute is to promote music among the youth who will be tomorrow's responsible citizens and bridge the gap between the music and the present society."
He informed that Shantmanu, Divisional Commissioner Jammu has given his consent to be the chief guest while Meenakshi Kilam, Dir. Quality Assurance, Jammu University will grace the occasion as guest of honor.
Naresh also informed that there is no entry ticket for the event and is open for general public to come and witness the show. |
