Kashish Singh on a rescue mission
1/17/2014 9:56:42 PM
Actress Kashish Singh, who
recently appeared on the cover
of Filmfare (Hindi) has life looking up for her. She has been receiving appreciation from her friends and industry, alike. Being the cynosure of all eyes, however, hasn't changed who Kashish is, as a person.
Kashish, who was in Andheri on Makar Sankranti, found two pigeons lying injured on the side of the road. She got out of her car, and picked them up. It looked like they had been hurt because of a kite's maanja. Kashish, who has a veterinarian taking care of her dogs, wasted no time in rushing her wounded, feathered friends to him. They were well taken care of, and are perfectly fine now. Talking about the incident, Kashish Singh said, `We are all humans, before anything else. We need to respect every living being around us. I did something which is the duty of every
individual. I love animals and have
two dogs at home, myself. This is what I would do each day, if I had to.`
