Jammu, Jan 17 : Asserting both Congress and BJP have lost the roadmap which they used to blow out of proportion for decades, Prof Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Member of National Integration Council today said that both the parties have been rejected by the new generation which was evident from the recent Delhi Assembly polls.
In a press statement issued from New Delhi, NPP Supremo said that both the Congress and BJP have lost the roadmap which they used to blow out of proportion for decades. "Both the parties have been rejected by the new generation which was evident from the recent Delhi Assembly polls, he added.
Prof Singh urged to the regional parties and some leaders of the national parties urged to sit together to discuss the national and international problems being faced by rising India ranging from its internal security to external dimensions.
He said that the people of India are eager for a change (parivartan) and this is the time that the secular, nationalist and a democratic leadership in the country should work out an alternative for which people are anxiously waiting.
Prof Singh expressed surprise that the Congress leadership failed to explain its position vis-à-vis India's foreign policy and its reaction towards the Arab world in particular. He said that the party failed to respond to the call of several states for the reorganization including Telangana, Jammu Pradesh, Bodoland, Uttar Pradesh etc.
NPP chief patron also stated that vikalp (alternative) is the only out for bringing a change (parivartan) which is inevitable and the new generation should respond with clear philosophy to eradicate poverty, ignorance, corruption, communalism and destroy the seedling of terrorism.
