Man hangs self 2/3/2014 9:02:53 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Feb 3: A person was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at his residence at Birma Pul near Udhampur. According to sources, one Shanker Mandal (34) son of Vijender Nath of Bilaspur, Bihar at present Birma Pul Udhampur was found hanging in his house. After seeing him hanging, local people immediately called the Police who rushed to the spot and took the body in its custody. The body of the deceased was kept at District Hospital Udhampur to perform postmortem.
