CADS organises training workshop on HIV-AIDS 2/3/2014 9:03:36 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Feb 3: Jammu and Kashmir Comprehensive Area Development Service (J&K CADS), a registered NGO, today organised one day training programme about HIV-AIDS for Panchs and Sarpanchs at Thanamandi in Rajouri district. Besides panchs, sarpanchs, prominent citizens a large number people participated in the training programme. Dr Arun Sharma, Medical Superintendent District Hospital Rajouri and Dr Sham Shrama from 38RR delivered lecture on the issue. J&K CADS is a registered NGO working for the betterment and upliftment of the downtrodden class of the society since last two years now.
