Jammu, Feb 3: Punjab National Bank (PNB) Jammu circle office settled ATM cum Debit card Free Accidental Insurance Claim in record 20 days. This was informed by Mohd Latif Mir, Deputy General Manager, Circle Head J&K Operation. A cheque of Rs. 50,000 was given to Rakesh Singh, father of deceased Gaurav Singh who was killed in an accident.
Mir informed that late Gaurav Singh was maintaining a saving account at branch office Nagrota, Jammu and was using the ATM card of the bank regularly. He added that that all active ATM /Debit card holders of Punjab National Bank are automatically covered for Free Accidental Insurance Cover ranging from Rs. 50000 to Rs. five lacs keeping in view the category of the card & a card holder should used his ATM/Debit Card for a financial transaction within the previous 90 days from the date of incidence (accident). |
