| New Hope Christian delegation calls on Union Minister Santosh Chowdhary | | | Et Report
JAMMU, Feb 3: The "New Hope Christian Union" a social Ogranization made a good attempt in the field of Justice for 272 persons, the victims of anonymity in permanent resident certificate in J&K state under the chairmanship of Jarnail Khokar. The New Hope Christian Union met to Santosh Chowdhary' (MOS for Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India) at Nirman Bhawan New Delhi relating to the persons in the list given by the 'Secret rate of Jammu and Kashmir'. During the year 1957 when the local safaikaramchari went on identified strike, the Jammu and Kashmir government headed by 'Bakshi Ghulam Mohamad', then Prime Minister was compelled to take a cabinet decision arranging a safaikaramchari from outside the state and as per the cabinet decision, peoples from Gurdaspur, Amritsar (Punjab) were brought to J&K State by providing them free transportation and special permit for entering in to J&K state. Civil Safaikaramchari elected president Rinku Gill, Jarnal Khokhar Chairman New Hope Christian Union Vijay Soni, President New Hope Christian Union Sanju Burrat, Maish Sunny Khokhar, vikas Hans, Ashwani Sidhu and Ravi Khokhar were present in the conference held in New Delhi on 31-Jan, 2014. The New Hope Christian Union appeal to the Government of India for amendments in rule 35(B) of the J&K 'Civil Service Regularization.' According to rule rule 35(B) of the J&K 'Civil Service Regularization' dealing with the condition of employment in J&K state lays down that "In the case nof every entrants in the government service the authority empowered to make the appointment shoul clarify, The person appointed is a hereditary. Santosh Chowdhary promised to the New Hope Christian Union that she will help in the amendment to the rule 35(B) of the J&K Civil Service Regularization She said that she will play a prominent role in justice for victims by forwarding the scrutinizing g information to the 'Social Justice of Bharat Sarkar' and Immediately result will come for hardworking performed by 'New Hope Christian Union'. She also said that the educated youth of such community will have judicially right to apply for the post in government sector at State level. She said, " Community also have a rights to take part in Assembly & Parliament elections & in Carporator elections too.' She also said that such community also has a right for getting all social welfare schemes given by the government of India. |
