| Jammu, Mar 13: In a petition filed by Jatinder Kumar Singh an IFS Officer of 2010 who was presently posted as ACF Rajouri seeking cadre post of IFS and appointment as DFO, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv WS Nargal appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Chief Secretary, Commissioners/ Secretaries Forest and GAD, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest returnable within four weeks and in then meanwhile court directed that state respondents are liberty to adjust the petitioner against the cadre post inconformity with the IFS Cadre Rules 1966 and also directed State to produce of the order, if any, of non-cadre officers who has been posted against the cadre posts before next date of hearing.
