| Mysteriously death: Questioning of five suspects on | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 13: Police have put the five accused detained allegedly involved in secretly burying body of a young man near Tawi bridge on Wednesday, under the jurisdiction of Peer Mitha Police Station. Police have initiated proceeding under Section 174 CrPC for further action. Meanwhile after post-mortem, police handed over the body of a youth was found dead in house of his friend at Gujjar Nagar last night the police started questioning of five persons including a woman in this connection. However, police said maintained that the case is at preliminary stage and it pre mature to declare it as murder as the body had not any external injury marks but the five persons have face action as they tried to dispose of the body of the deceased. Pertinently, a man identified as Balbinder Singh (28) son of Ajeet Singh of Paloura was found dead in the house of Ishtiaq Ahmed at Gujjar Nagar. Police sources said that family of Ishtiaq stated that the deceased visited the house of Ishtiaq who was his friend and went unconscious after some time. Four of the accused have been identified as Ishak Ahmad s/o Mohd Anwar of Gujjar Nagar, Anjum Rashid s/o Rashid Khan, Shaheeb Kapoor s/o Sukinder Mohan Kapoor and Abdul Rouf s/o Shakil Ahmad. |
