| Chandi Paath begins with great enthusiasm | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 21: Five days shap Chandi Paath from 21st to 25th March began today at Mata Chint Purni Temple Circular Road Jammu, with great enthusiasm and religious spirits. The path has been organized by Mata Chint Purni Darbar Welfare Society Jammu. A large number of devotees of Mata visited the temple at Circular road Jammu to see the blessings of goddess. Hira Lal Abrol (secretary, Pradesh Congress Committee, and Jammu and Kashmir) also visited the temple. He prayed for Peace, Stability and development of nation in general and for progress, betterment & welfare for the people of State of Jammu and Kashmir in particular. Speaking on the occasion, Hira Lal Abrol said that it was apt that wowing votes and formerly starting campaign for two Lok Sabha seats in Jammu for Congress candidates namely Ghulam Nabi Azad and Madan Lal Sharma, the goddess have showered have blessing upon him & gave necessary courage to vigorously pursue the goal & achieve success. The coalition government of Congress and National Conference has all along in the endeavor had to mitigate the sufferings of the people & eradicating militancy from the state. He Said that popularity chart of congress in the centre as well as in the state is growing at enormous rate. Only Congress can solve problem of people as it feels the pulse of the people and know to take remedial measures for diagnosis. The development of the state is quite visibly seen in every look and corner of the state & standard of living of the people in the state has also grown up. Abrol said that in modern age there is no scope for fundamentalism, communalism and terrorism. All one needs better roads, equal employment opportunity to youth , development of modern infrastructure which can ensure better living for people, provision of essential services like round the clock electricity, food grains and other amenities. Congress stand for all these and we must bring in Congress government at the centre. |
