| 13 year old girl raped, accused held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 21 : A minor girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Phinder area while police arrested the rapist.
Police sources said that 13 year girl resident of Jhiri visited to her relative's place at village Phinder in Miran Sahib where she was raped by a youth identified as Bogh Raj.
Police said that acting on the complaint a case under FIR No. 44/14 under section 376 of RPC has been registered and the accused was arrested. Police said that further questioning of the case is going on . |
