Man fall down from under construction building 4/27/2014 10:56:33 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Apr 27: A person was seriously injured when he fell down from an under construction building in Babra School Manwal Udhampur District. According to the police report, the injured identified as Om Prakash, 38, son of Bali Ram of Sataini in Udhampur District. People took the injured to District Hospital Udhampur. According to the sources the accident took place due to low grade shuttering material.
