If PM's step brother cannot help BJP, how did Mehbooba's ex-husband help NC? | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 27: Reacting to the sudden entry of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's step brother in to BJP at an election rally in Amritsar late Friday evening in the presence of Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday took a dig at BJP leaders asking how an unpopular brother is going to strengthen the BJP. Shared his assessment on the micro blogging site Omar wrote, "The PM weakens the UPA yet somehow we are to believe that his unknown brother will strengthen the BJP. Mind boggling logic at work here". Mocking at the BJP's stand Omar further wrote," So the BJP goes to town calling the PM irrelevant yet makes a song and dance of his brother joining them. How can they have it both ways". The Chief Minister's tweet reminds one of a Bollywood movie where Kader Khan playing a politician would always handover two press releases to his PRO. "If the situation is good issue the first press release and if it turns bad issue the second," he would direct him. A few years ago when Mehbooba's Mufti's ex-husband joined National Conference, the NC leaders including Dr Farooq Abdullah rejoiced. He termed his joining auspicious. Nobody said how a `failed husband' could prove auspicious for the National Conference. It was `mind boggling logic' at work in the NC camp now.
