Jammu, Apr 28: Under the joint banner of All J&K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, a protest was taken out by Dalit organizations to criticize Baba Ramdev for his remarks against Rahul Gandhi wherein Rahul Gandhi's visit to Dalits home was described as a picnic or honeymoon. The protest was led by Vijay Lochan, President of Sabha at Krishna Nagar, Jammu. "Ramdev has been exposed throughout country for his Anti-Dalit attitude", said Lochan. He said Ramdev has hurt the sentiments of Dalit communities of India by passing such type of remarks. Everybody should respect every community without any caste creed and colour. He alleged Baba Ram Dev of campaigning for BJP through Yoga Camps in important constituencies. "We appeal to Election Commission of India to impose ban on his Yoga Camps till the election is over", said Lochan.He also appealed Government of India to arrest Baba Ram Dev with immediate effect so that he may dare to comment against any community. |
