| Burglary worked out, stolen property recovered | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 27: A Police party of Police Station Bhaderwah has recovered gold ornament weighing 5.9 grams worth of Rs 16,500 from the possession of one Rashid Hussain of Bal Kati in Bhalra area. Presently the accused is on Police remand and being interrogated to ascertain if he is involved in any other theft. Brief facts are that on February 13, 2014; one Sheikh Masood Ahmed of Pasri, Bhaderwah reported about burglary in which gold ornament of 5.9 gram was stolen. In this regard, a case FIR No. 22/2014 u/s 457/380 RPC was registered in Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation was started. During investigation, one gold smith namely Mohit Kumar disclosed the name of the accused who came to him for selling of the stolen ornament but the gold smith refused to buy the ornament. On the clue given by the gold smith Police party of police station Bhaderwah arrested the suspect and put him under interrogation and recovered the ornament on his disclosure. This recovery is made by a Police party headed by Bandeshwar Singh SHO Police Station Bhaderwah, Ifroz Ahmed, KPS SDPO Bhaderwah under the close supervision of M.S Chouhan SP Doda. |
