Forest Div Billawar organizes awareness camp on fire prevention 5/12/2014 11:33:05 PM Early Times Report BILLAWAR, May 12 : Forest Division Billawar organized a day long awareness camp at Dhar Dugnoo in which 300 people including Sarpanchs, Panchs and school children participated. The camp was organized mainly to generate awareness regarding prevention of forest fire. In the Camp, forest officials and other prominent local people spoke about the importance of forests and need for their protection especially prevention and control of forest fires. Amongst speakers chairman Panchayat, Sarpanchs, Panchs, DFSO president, Block Officer and Range officer delivered lectures on the role of forests in controlling pollution, global warming, water regulation and soil particularly to prevent forest fire.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
